Corpus Christi’s beautiful beaches are the heart and soul of the Texas Gulf Region. You’ll want to explore the Bayfront beaches, McGee Beach, and North Beach for yourself!

Make your way to Destin on the Florida Panhandle to take advantage of top-notch fishing opportunities, peruse charming shops and enjoy loads of family-friendly activities. The town features many public beaches.

If you’re looking for a beach getaway that’s easy to reach from a big city, consider vacationing in Grand Isle, Louisiana. This oceanfront town’s beautiful stretches of sand are the closest beaches to both New Orleans and Baton Rouge.

Sparkling quartz-grain sand is just one of the many reasons travelers favor Gulf Shores, Alabama. Not only does this city on the Gulf of Mexico boast emerald waters, it also offers easy access to 32 miles of Alabama coastline.

This top beach destination in Texas offers plenty of outdoor activities, including kayaking, fishing, swimming and birding. When you’re not at the beach, tee off at the island’s seaside golf course or check out the restaurants, boutiques and art galleries in Port Aransas.

The Mississippi coast seashore offers ample room for camping, boating, hiking, fishing, and biking. Another popular Ocean Springs shoreline is Front Beach, a white sand beach that sits near the town’s yacht club.

Orange Beach area boasts more than 30 miles of white sand beaches and sea oat-covered dunes. History buffs can explore the 90-mile-long Civil War Trail and check out Fort Morgan State Historic Site, both of which have ties to the Battle of Mobile Bay.

While the island is still home to spring breakers for just over a month, the area has seen a rebirth of sorts as a popular family vacation destination. That’s because South Padre, or SPI, delivers wide sandy beaches, sparkling blue water, and a mixture of fun activities for kids of all ages.

What should I bring?

We suggest that customers bring drinks, lunch, snacks, sunscreen, fishing clothes, hats, boat shoes, beach and hand towels, sunglasses, and zip lock bags if you want to take fillets back with you.

What is provided?

Everything you need for saltwater fishing. Rod, reels, bait, tackle, ice, and fishing license. Fish cleaning and great service with a great attitude.

What and why should I tip the captain?

The crew work for a daily wage and tips just like waiters and waitresses. Tips are discretionary; however, it is customary to tip the crew 20% for good service.

Is the price of the charter for each person or for the whole group?

The price listed on our pricing page is for your entire group. You can have up to 6 people in your group. This is a private charter, therefore we do not group you with other people. It will only be your group on the boat with the captain and our crew.

Do I need a fishing license in Texas?

In Texas, anyone 17 years of age or older must have a valid fishing license in order to legally fish in public waters. There are different types of licenses available depending on the type of fish being targeted and where they will be fishing. Knowing the regulations and obtaining the correct license can help ensure that anglers have an enjoyable and safe outing on Texas' waterways. You can purchase a license at Wal-mart or Academy or online at If you are a “Rider” on our charter and you are not fishing, this does not apply.

What is needed to reserve a trip?

All you need is a date you want to go, then either pay online at our website or call our offices with a credit card to hold the reservation. By calling the office they will place a hold on the credit card for the fishing charter, you can change the payment method at the time of the charter.

Does a half-day trip provide enough time to catch fish?

The answer is most of the time, yes. Since we fish every day and if the ocean conditions allow us to go, we usually know where to find the fish. We typically travel between 8 and 15 miles to the fishing grounds on half days. This means that riding time will be between 45 min and an hour depending on how far we go. Most half days will enjoy about 3 hours of fishing time.

Are we guaranteed to catch fish?

We guarantee that we will try very hard, but fishing is fishing and we cannot control all the factors that the ocean provides. With that said, our Captains are very good and usually, if they aren’t catching fish, no one is. We strive to be completely honest with our customers. We truly want everyone to have a great experience and promise to always strive to provide that!

What happens if I need to cancel my yacht charter?

Because of the work, and costs, involved in the preparation of a charter, there are bound to be penalties applied should you need to cancel your charter.

  • Free cancelation 20 days prior to the scheduled date
  • A 25% Deposit is required for all trips. Trips should be paid in full prior to leaving the dock. We accept all major Credit Cards, Apps, and cash
  • Full refund if canceled 20 days prior to the date of the trip. Customers can reschedule up to 7 days prior without losing the deposit.
  • If the customer doesn’t reschedule prior to 7 days before the date of the trip, the deposit may be forfeited.
  • If the customer doesn’t cancel or reschedule or show up on the date of the trip, they will be charged the full price of the trip booked.
