You’ll board in the early morning hours between 6 and 8 AM and head offshore as the sun comes up. By the time you reach the grounds, you’ll be ready to fish. The afternoon and evening hours are prime time for surface species like marlin, wahoo, and mahi. As the sun sets over the Gulf — miles from any shoreline — the pace shifts. Night fishing offshore is a different experience entirely: quieter, more focused, and surprisingly productive for tuna and bottom species.
When you’re ready to rest, Got Her Hooked has you covered. Three private staterooms with five beds give your group a comfortable place to sleep offshore, with two full bathrooms, air conditioning, and all the comforts of a well-appointed yacht. This isn’t roughing it. You’ll sleep well and wake up ready to fish.
At first light, you’re back at it, often the most productive hours of the entire trip. By the time you pull back into Galveston, your fish are cleaned, filleted, and ready to take home.

Scheduling & Logistics
- Departure Time: Charters depart between 6 AM and 8 AM Monday through Sunday
- Weather: All trips are weather dependent. Your captain will keep you informed if conditions require a schedule adjustment.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
- A 25% deposit is required to reserve your charter
- Full payment is due before leaving the dock
- We accept all major credit cards, apps, and cash
- Full refund for cancellations made 20 or more days before the trip date
- Reschedule up to 7 days before your trip without losing your deposit
- Deposits may be forfeited for reschedules made within 7 days of the charter date
- No-shows will be charged the full trip price
